Please Note that railroad tracks are 3 blocks from the house and trains run at night.

Magnolia Room

Relax in the calming green decor of this first floor bedroom with a private bathroom. It is furnished with a queen size bed, comfortable recliner and bench.
Room rate: $125 double occupancy (each additional person $20)

Flower Garden Room

The antiques and 2 brass double beds of this second floor bedroom will help you relax and enjoy your stay. The private bathroom features a claw foot tub. The suite includes an efficiency kitchen with a sitting area and TV.
Room rate: $125 double occupancy (each additional person $20)
Suite rate: Suite rate: $200 double occupancy (each additional person $20)

Gold Room

This is the perfect room for your honeymoon, anniversary or special occasion. The king size bed, cherry furnishings and fireplace are very romantic. The room includes a TV and DVD player. The private bath features a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower with his and her vanities and toilets.
Room rate: $125 double occupancy (each additional person $20)

Policies

• Check in time is 3:30 pm; check out is 11:30 am (or by arrangement).
• Deposit of $50 required 10 days before stay.
• Cancellation 72 hours before stay or $50 cancellation charge per room.
• All rooms subject to 6% KY sales tax, 3% tourism tax and 1% transient room tax.
• Pets are welcome if they are in carriers or crates and house broken with prior approval. (Please see the Pet Agreement.)
• Children are welcome.
• A dog and a cat are on the premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in the house. Comfortable areas are outside.
